ABOUT INDIANA BONES
He is an 1 year old terrier that loves everyone he meets! He came to HAP from a high-intake shelter in Alabama, where he was found as a stray. Despite not having a great start, he doesn't hold a grudge against people. Similar to the famous character, our Indiana Bones is a smart boy that is always down for an adventure! He has done well with riding in cars and knows basic commands. He's very food motivated, and will learn new things in the blink of an eye! He's a patient but energetic boy who loves to keep things moving when he's on adventures, but isn't shy when checking in on his person. He loves being around people and making new friends.. He has been great with other pups at the shelter too!

In the meantime, you are welcome to submit an adoption questionnaire if interested in adoption! Our adoption process is on a first-come, best-match basis and we are not able to hold animals. If you are interested in this specific cat, but it ends up not being the best fit upon meeting, our adoption counselors will work with you to help find a match! All household members, including children, must come along for the meeting to make sure it's a good fit. If a match is made, we encourage same-day adoptions! Our adoption fees include the animals' spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, and a small bag of food to get you started.
