Meet Isaac
******Please note, once completing the initial screen you will be connected with the placement for a video chat. Transports run every few weeks and we will have the dog on the next available transport once approved. If you are not able to accept a dog until a specific time period, please apply at that time************

Isaac, 2.5 years old, neutered male, Rottweiler, 78 pounds. He is located in Houston, TEXAS and can transport to an approved adopter. Please note, he is physically located in the state of Texas.

Isaac is so sweet and he is even sweeter carrying around his stuffed toys/animals. He LOVES them. He is great with all people- men and women. We have no history with kids and recommend a home with kids 13 years and older.

We have had Isaac around other dogs and he needs a lot of practice socializing. He will bark and has shown he is not really comfortable interacting with new dogs. We think he would do best as the only dog in the home. We say this because if there is another dog in the home, he would need a high level of supervision and a very slow acclimation/transition. He does great walking by other dogs on leash or seeing them in a vet's office. He had no problem ignoring two little dogs who were very barky at him.

He walks really well on leash and does not pull too much. He loves to go on walks and explore. We would say he has moderate energy, where he has some energy but also likes to hang out.

He rides great in the car. He is house broken. He is very smart and knows sit and down. He would thrive in a home with structure. He is very loving and we hope you will give him a home!
