The Jackson Day Foundation is a Utah nonprofit seeking to enhance the lives of shelter and rescue animals through adoption, medical support & community involvement. All efforts of the Jackson Day Foundation are run by our volunteers and donations received.
Our mission is to help our community's helpless or sheltered animals through increased adoptions, medical support, and awareness.

Take a picture of form and text to me at above number for faster response.
Application is approved by committee as soon as we verify needed information.
Due to COVID 19 we are only able to arrange meet n greets with animals once your application has been approved.
