Jazzy

Jazzy is a 10-year-old Maltipoo. He weighs 20 pounds. Jazzy is a precious boy, but he does have insulin-dependent diabetes. He requires 2 injections per day and handles them like a champ ?. Jazzy would love a home of his own with a family comfortable giving his daily injections. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, on heartworm/flea/tick prevention, and microchipped.
