A weather goddess who doesn't care for the cold Meet Jord! Jord is located in a foster home in Spokane, WA and can be transported to your area.
(See information below in the Adoption Donation section.) Jord, her mama, and her eight siblings were abandoned on the streets of Hondo, TX and brought to a shelter where they were scheduled for euthanasia.
We were able to tag them and transport them to Washington thanks to our partner Austin Pets Alive.
These pups are already seasoned travelers having journeyed cross country to start new adventures and find forever homes in the PNW! Jord is a puppy from our Norse Mythology litter.
She is named for Thor's mother who had power over the weather and seasons, something our Jord might envy.
She is not very fond of our PNW cold it was much warmer in Texas! Athletic, curious, playful, and brave, Jord is the adventurer of her siblings.
She loves to climb and is always up for exploring new places and situations - within minutes of arriving in Washington, she was scaling planter pots to check them out.
With her floppy ears and determined puppy nature, she is both hilarious and dignified at the same time.
As a very young puppy, Jord has not started crate, house, or obedience training quite yet (though she is curious and will go in and out of her crate).
She currently sleeps in a puppy pile with two of her siblings (body heat it is cold here!).
She has met other dogs, cats, kids under 10, and strangers and has done well with these new experiences.
She spends her days cuddling and getting lots of playtime, love, and new adventures with her siblings and foster family.
Jord is growing into a healthy, active, affectionate pup ready for her perfect home.
