Josephine is located in COCO, Florida

Josephine (Jojo) is purebred Ragdoll who is a wonderful, loving cat, but she detests the two male cats in her home. After many approaches to help her adjust over two years, with a wonderful veterinarian trying every approach possible, her owner--and the vet--decided that in Josephine's best interest it if best to find her a home with no other pets now or in the future while she is alive. We have a letter from the veterinarian who provides more detail to all the avenues explored to help Josephine adapt to the two other cats.

Her present family took her in after her owner died. After two months of living alone in the house with only a twice a week visit for her care, her present owner brought her into her home. At the time she was working for a veterinarian, hence the many approaches to getting her to accept the male cats, but to no avail.

She likes her "mom" but loves her "dad". The pictures attest to how much she adores her dad. She gets overstimulated after a bit of attention, but only hisses to let the person know that they need to let her be. Children are not her favorite humans, most likely because she's used to a very quiet home.
