The best words to describe Josie are playful, curious, and friendly. She came to me through a friend and she's the most active cat I've ever cared for. The vet that spayed her estimated she is 2 years old. When she first came to me, she spent hours exploring every crevice of my home, even spending a while on top of the washer/dryer (no clue how she got up there). But after getting used to the space, she decided to get comfy on any kind of bag I had laying around -
She also likes resting on my yoga mat.

Most of the day she's in the window or asleep on the couch or on top of the comforter on my bed, but when she has energy, there's no telling how soon she'll tire out. She LOVES the little plastic spring toys, she'll bat one of those around on her own until it gets stuck under a bookcase. She's very curious about human food and will always poke around dirty dishes in the sink or anything left out on the stove. She has been entirely uninterested in climbing the used cat tree I bought, but perhaps she'd be more open to an unused one. If you play with her personally (i.e. sans toy), or if you touch her belly or pet her too much on the bum, she will become over stimulated and can play bite.
