Kash is a BIG GALOOT.
He’s 3 years old and
weighs in at 80 lbs.
He is a sweet, goofy,
clumsy boy that LOVES to play.
He is house trained, and knows basic commands.
He is eager to please, walks well on a leash, great with other dogs.
He’s good with older kids.
Unknown with cats.
He loves to play with hose water.
He is ALL legs and prances when playing with balls/toys.
He nestles right up to people wanting to be loved.
He is a shepherd mix so he can be mouthy when he plays and is verbal (a low whine) when he is ignored.
He lived with a family for 2 years and then was returned because of financial instability.
At the rescue he was in the community area with all sorts of dogs/ages/sizes, which was great, got picked on and eventually was attacked by a larger dog.
He had bites/scabs to his head, neck, chest and butt.
As a result of the fight he was placed in a kennel full time.
The attacking dog was not because he is a full time resident of the rescue.
In the kennel he’s not been thriving and experiencing kennel shock.
The rescue reached out because they feel that the kennel situation is inhumane for him.
His personality cannot sustain in that environment like some other dogs can.
Despite it being a rescue they are talking about euthanizing him.
I am reaching out for help.
I don’t want him to die.
