Hi! My name is King. I have had a long road looking for my furever home. Initially I had a home with my brother. We were surrendered by our first family after 4 years. After a few weeks up for adoption we were adopted separately. My brother is doing great but I had trouble adjusting.

Then I spent a few weeks with a foster in our rescue organization. We hung out at home with 2 easy going dogs and 2 calm cats. I got along great with everyone. I took long naps on the bed and even got to play in the catio. I loved all the brushing and petting. I starting playing with the toys and discovered that I love the laser pointer! I am very sweet and love to love.

Then I moved to the Earthwise Pet Supply store and found my niche. I LOVE it here. I love the people coming and going and the dogs coming in and out. I am a great professional greeter at the check-in desk and I even try to answer phones. I use the giant cat tree scratching post like a "pro" and enjoy my wet food twice a day. My care takers have learned that I am a chicken lover and not a seafood lover. I also love my crunchy dry food.

I need people around but a calm and quiet house is preferred. Kids are ok but older ones, no loud, noisy toddlers that will frighten me and pull on my fluffy tail. I don't hate them but prefer to be respected as the "King" I am. I am high maintenance in the "hair" department so daily grooming is a must as well as high quality wet and dry food along with weight loss. This is a challenge because I sure due love my food. I also am given a daily supplement in my wet food to help prevent hairballs, duh. This fantastic flock comes with a price.
