Kumar

Hello, I’m Kumar! I came to the shelter with my brother, Harold, when we were found as strays.

I am around 2 years old and weigh about 65 lbs.

I’m a sweet, rambunctious dog who clearly loves people, but I’ve not had much training prior to coming to the shelter.

I would do ok with another dog, but I am still learning how to be polite, so a slow introduction would be best.

I would prefer a home with no cats as I may want to chase them.

I am very food motivated and love attention, so these things combined make me a snap to positively train.

Since I am still learning not to jump, I would prefer to be in a house with kids 10 and older so I don’t knock anyone over.

I have been neutered, am up to date on my rabies, DAPP vaccines, and have been micro-chipped too.

My adoption fee is $150 (+ $20 county dog license, if residing within Jefferson County).
