We require current pets to be up-to-date on vaccines and spayed/neutered.

Adoption fees include shots to keep/bring immunization up to date, any additional care the pet has required during their stay at LPC, and (for those animals 6 months old and older) spaying or neutering prior to adoption. To help reduce the number of unwanted pets in the area, LPC's policy is to require a fully-refundable deposition for $50 for unaltered adopted pets. This only applies to animals that are younger than six months old. This deposit will be refunded once proof of spay/neuter is received by LPC.

The Lander Pet Connection cannot guarantee the breed, composition or ages of our animals as we usually have very little history prior to them entering the rescue.

Our intention is to insure long lasting, committed and loving homes for all animals at LPC. If we feel that an animal and a potential owner are not a good fit, we reserve the right to deny an adoption.
