Leo can live with children of high school age but he'll need to be the only pet at home. It's likely that Leo has never lived in a home before and may require some patience when it comes to house training. Leo is afraid of stairs and steps.
Lovely Leo is a gentle boy who happily lies in his kennel watching everyone go by. He walks beautifully on his lead but he's often on squirrel watch! Leo is rather shy by nature and likes to have a minute to take in any new surroundings. As he hasn't lived in a home before, it may take him a little while to settle in to a home environment. Leo will walk happily alongside other dogs but when sharing his space, he would object to the other dog reacting at passers by. He's better suited to being a solo boy who can have lots of walking pals outside the home. He's great when meeting people and does so very politely. Leo doesn't show much interest in toys but it's possible he's never encountered them before. It would be lovely for him to discover the joy of playtime with a new family.
