Leonardo

LEONARDO is a courtesy posting.

He is with a foster down in Delano (but could come into rescue with us if we could find a foster or adopter for him up here).

This boy has had a rough life and it would be the most wonderful thing for him to find a loving home.

Here's his bio: LEONARDO is about 2yrs.

old and 38lbs.

This poor boy was found astray with a badly broken leg.

He went directly to foster, so never had be in the shelter thank goodness.

He also had old injuries (a bullet which was never removed and a hip injury).

The good and happy news: his leg has healed while in foster care and the other old injuries do not seem to bother him, but he has clearly not had a loving home in the past.

Through it all, while in foster he has been a sweet boy both with the people and the vet, as well as enjoying the company of his canine foster siblings (you can see him interacting in some of the pictures).
