Meet Linden
******Please note, once completing the initial screen you will be connected with the placement for a video chat. Transports run every few weeks and we will have the dog on the next available transport once approved. If you are not able to accept a dog until a specific time period, please apply at that time************

Linden 4 years old, neutered male, Labrador Retriever mix, 54 pounds. He is in a foster home in Houston, TEXAS and can transport to an approved adopter. Please note he is located in Texas.

Linden is a fantastic dog! He loves to make friends with other dogs. He shares a home with another dog and does great with him. His foster home said, Linden is the first dog her personal dog has played with! He has participated in group play when he is boarded and does wonderful. He has great manners.

He is moderate energy where he likes to play, but will also settle down. We don't think he needs another dog in the home, but does seem to like other dogs. He walks well on leash with little pulling. He rides great in the car and likes to check out new places.

He shares a home with cats and ignores them. He has met older teenagers, but has not shared a home with kids. We recommend a home with kids 10 years and older.

Linden is fully house broken and does well when crated. He does still like to chew on some things, so best to crate him when unsupervised. He LOVES being with people and his dog friend. He loves his toys and will happily entertain himself. He is very food motivated and eager to learn. He knows how to sit and he is generally quiet.

On occasion when he is really excited, he can be a little mouthy trying to engage in play. He has more energy when playing with another dog than when he's by himself. He has a silly personality ad we think his face is pretty darn cute!
