LIZZIE

MEET LIZZIE!!! Lizzie is a sweet 1.5 yr old gal who is easy going and loveable! She LOVES other dogs, feeling most comfortable when in a pack, so she will do best adopted into a home with other pups.

When visitors bring their pets into the home, she warms up to them quickly! However, like many dogs, she does have some leash reactivity to other dogs when outside walking on a leash.

Lizzie is house trained, crate trained and is continuing to work on improving appropriate leash behaviors.

She loves to go on runs and hikes and is a great car companion! She is very intelligent and learns quickly.

However, she requires a soft touch in training.

Strong, forceful voices/training appear to be scary to her and cause her to retreat and cower.

She also does better with women than men, but generally does just fine with visitors of either gender, she just may take more time to warm up to men over women.

She would love an active home, but in a calm environment without loud and scary noises, so a home with older or no kids would be great.

As she feels most comfortable in a pack, it would be preferred Lizzie to be adopted into a home with another dog(s).
