Out-of-state adoptions where transport is t required.. will have a transport fee of $200 along the East Coast and New England Area (in other areas transport fees may vary) and a Health Certificate charge of $50 added to the adoption fee. Same process but FaceTime, video, or pictures of the home inside and out will be used in place of a home visit.
