Meet Lucky
Hi everyone! My name is Lucky and I would like to introduce myself to you all tonight.

You’d think with the name I have that life would be great and happy, full of snuggles and treats right? Well a lot of the time it has been! I have been a happy guy but I have also been pretty sad. You see, in 2016 my mama was all of a sudden gone, I heard she went to this place called heaven which sounded really nice but I couldn’t visit her and I missed her so much! That’s when her friend took me in and I got a whole new mama who loved me so much and gave me all the snuggles and treats! But one day this year my new mama also went to the place called heaven, where I can’t go yet, and no one was there to take me in.

Luckily (my name worked again!) I found my way to this place called a foster home? I don’t know, I’m nearly 13 1/2 years old and these new terms are confusing to me. The nice lady caring for me tells me that I’m only here for a little bit while they work to find me the perfect FINAL forever home where I can live out my life getting all the snuggles and soaking up the sunshine until I can finally go and visit my mama’s.

So here’s a “selfie” (that’s what it’s called I guess) so you can put a face to my name. If you could share my story to help me find my final mama or even a new papa, that would be wonderful.
