Meet the Dukes of Hazzard Litter!

This litter of 9 puppies were born on 2/22/2023. Mom and Dad had been roaming around a woman's property in Texas. She had been trying to catch them, but mom ended up having this litter before that happened. Lulu transported to her foster home in the PNW.

Lulu, 5 months old, female, Shepherd mix (pictures of mom and dad are listed), we estimate her to be a large size when fully grown. She is in a foster home in Burien, WA and is ready for meet and greets!

She has really flourished in her foster home. She was initially very nervous of her new surroundings, but with the help of her doggy siblings she has built her confidence. She loves her big four legged friend (he's about 65 pounds). It took her a little bit to figure out the smaller dogs, but is now good friends. She will need another dog in the home to maintain her confidence and continue her positive socialization skills.

She shares a home with kids and loves them! At the end of the school year, she would help by dropping/picking them up. We think she would do well with any age child who is respectful of animal boundaries.

We have no history with cats.

She is potty trained and has spent time in a crate and does well. She has spurts of energy, but likes to stay close to her foster mom! She is very cuddly and affectionate.

Lulu's ideal home will have another dog and someone who is looking for the joys and challenges of raising a puppy.

Puppies under 6 months of age are placed on a spay/neuter contract until they are old enough to be altered.

For puppies this age, someone needs to be home more than they are away as crating them for long periods of time is not conducive for their developmental needs.
