She has a song in her heart – want to sing along?
Meet Mahogany! Mahogany is in a foster home in Spokane, WA and can be transported to your area.
(See information below in the “Adoption Donation” section.) Mahogany is a female labrador retriever mix (best guess) and may already be full grown at over a year of age.
She is a medium size dog with a joy for life that dwarfs her body.
You cannot help but feel happy when Mahogany looks at you with her warm brown eyes and infectious grin.
Mahogany can take time to reveal her inner social butterfly, but when she does, she lets her curious, funny, sweet personality shine through.
She enjoys the company of kids and people of all ages, especially if they want to play with her! This playful, free-spirited girl is looking for a loving home that will make her an integral part of their life.
Mahogany loves other dogs – the more, the merrier - and her toys and chews (she plays with the resident cat and then moves on when the cat indicates she has had enough).
Snuggles and kisses with her people?
Yes, please! Mahogany is endearing and goofy; she will run figure 8s between your legs then collapse on her back for belly rubs.
She will be your adventure buddy and cuddle up on the couch with you.
Mahogany charms everyone she meets.
She went to work with her foster and earned top marks for her excellent behavior and friendly personality (employee of the month, perhaps?).
As an older pup, Mahogany has multiple skills.
She is fully crate trained.
She likes having her crate open while she plays and will take her toys or chews into it for quiet time.
Mahogany sleeps through the night and alerts when she needs to go outside to potty.
Mahogany catches on quickly when learning new things - she learned how to take stairs, has “sit” and “leave it” down, and has good recall.
Want to sing along with this delightful pup?
Are you ready to make the leap and join this joyful girl in a happily ever after?
Mahogany hopes so (and hopes you have treats and toys, too!).
