Pleased to meet ya folks, my name is Malachi! I'm a one and a half year old, 64lbs., neutered male German Shepherd mix who is a bit on the shyer side when I first meet people.

Once I warm up I'm a happy boy that just needs some TLC to become more comfortable in new places and around new things.

I know the basics but would love to go to classes with my new family so that I can learn patience when meeting new doggy friends.

I play well with other playful energetic dogs like me.

Please note at this time we are doing adoptions by appointments only.

Please call us at to schedule an hours are weekdays from 11am-6pm and weekends from 11am-5pm (closed major holidays).

Interested adopters must arrive at least 1 hour before close.

We do our best to update our listings regularly, but we can't guarantee every animal you see is still available.

It's also typical for us to have animals who haven't had their photos taken yet, so you are welcome to visit our adoption center and have a look around!
To check on an animal's adoption status, please call during normal business hours to speak with an adoption counselor.

Emails will be returned as soon as possible, but please allow up to 48 hours during busy adoption periods like weekends.
