Malaki is a 1 YR old, neutered male, boxer breed male that weighs approximately 46 lbs.
He's currently in a foster home in HOUSTON, TX and can be transported to an approved adopter.
Young Malaki is a happy, fun boy! Malaki doesn't know stranger and loves to meet people.
He plays fast and loose with puppy kisses and has a adoring gaze and smile that will light up anyone's day.
He will sit at your feet or lean into your legs for affection.
His short fur is soft as velvet so once you start petting him you may not want to stop, so clear your schedule! Sweet Malaki loves to play with other dogs.
He's still has the exuberance of a young pup, so he can play rough sometimes.
He currently goes to daycare and plays with dogs of all sizes and has had no issues with any dogs.
He loves making new friends and doesn't have issues sharing toys and bones.
When on leash, he is excited to see other dogs but not reactive and doesn't pull.
This boy LOVES walks, but it can take a few minutes for him to be calm and walk nicely by you.
People other than his foster sometimes step in to assist with his walk schedule and he's done well on leash with everyone.
He's young so he has a lot of energy, so an active home would be great for this guy.
Malaki has been a wonderful house guest.
He's mostly potty trained and has only had a few accidents.
He is crated at night and is quiet and peaceful.
He is also fed in there and food is an easy enticement to get him into the crate.
He doesn't not necessarily love the crate, but he behaves well when inside.
He also does well when getting baths.
Malaki's ideal home is an active one where his adopters are willing to give him an active life or perhaps let him get his energy out at day care.
He'd love a doggy sibling and his adopters should prepare to have a 50 lb lap dog who wants to please and be close to them.
Malaki is lover to all.
