Meet Mangoes

Mangoes, 5 years old, neutered male, Mastiff mix, 95 pounds. He is in a foster home in San Antonio, TEXAS and can transport to an approved adopter. Please note, he is physically located in the state of TEXAS and can transport to the city listed on petfinder.

If you are looking for a large dog who thinks he is a lap dog, Mangoes is your guy! We are not totally sure all of his breeds, but can tell you he is very loving. He loves to play with other dogs. He does need a larger size dog to play with. The small ones are just a little too small, but he still tries to get them to play anyways. He loves to run around and chase. He has really great dog manners and makes friends with everyone.

He is housetrained and does fine when crated. He is food very food motivated and eager to learn. He will play with toys, but does not play fetch. He is moderate energy and would do great going on walks or having a yard to romp around in.

Mangoes will pull a little on leash when you first get started. He quickly relaxes and walks near you. He will alarm bark if the doorbell goes off, but is overall fairly quiet.

He really loves being around people and will hang out on the couch or help you cook in the kitchen. He rides great in the car.

We have no history with cats or kids. We recommend a home with kids 10 years and older.
