In September 2023, Maeeoma was saved from a neglectful situation in Namyangju, Gyeonggi-do, where she was often left tied to a pole with little access to food or water. Yet, her resilient spirit shone through, enabling her to adjust well to noise and city life despite her difficult beginnings.

Mawooma has a personality that shines through adversity. Volunteers of all ages have noted her love for people and her gentle, dignified nature. She offers comfort and peace, preferring solitude and relaxation. Her intelligence is evident in her interactions, and her independence is a key part of her character.

In terms of physical traits and health, Mawooma is on a healthy diet of Acana Dog Light & Fit, maintaining her well-being. She has good dental health, with no history of surgeries except for neutering, and has completed heartworm treatment. She enjoys leisurely walks and isn't bothered by urban sounds like traffic or other dogs. While not a fan of water activities, she shows a keen interest in nose work games.

Mawooma's behavioral traits are just as impressive. She may be a bit shy with new dogs and environments, but she shows no aggressive tendencies.
