Meet Missy, the adorable and playful 1-year-old cattle dog pup! Her foster family calls her "goofy girl".
Missy came into rescue as a scared little pup but has blossomed into a happy and
playful girl
in her foster home.
It's amazing what a little love and patience can do! Missy LOVES to play with dogs of all sizes in her foster home and daycare.
She used to be shy meeting new people but now she approaches strangers for affection and pets on the head--even children! Missy is her best self around other dogs and will only be adopted into a home with another dog.
Missy loves to run laps around the yard so a fenced-in yard is a must.
Missy plays with every kind of toy and can keep herself occupied for hours.
She gathers toys from all over the house and hides them in her crate.
If the toy basket is full, she may plop herself right in it so she has every toy at her disposal.
She loves treats and takes them gently from your hand.
She is working on crate training, house manners, and basic commands in her foster home.
Missy's adopters must be 100% committed to training and loving her for the rest of her years.
She is spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped.
Her adoption fee of $350 helps offset medical fees.
If you live in the Phoenix metro area, have another dog and a fenced-in yard, and think Missy could be the right fit for you, please complete an adoption application
* at: / .
*Please note that the application is not a commitment to adopt-it is a tool used to help determine if a dog and applicant would make a good match.
Applications are forwarded to the foster family for review and follow-up.
