Murphy

Meet our sensitive and affectionate boy Murphy! This sweet 1- 2 years old boy is a mixed breed pup weighing in at 50lbs and is here to steal your heart.

His backstory is heartbreaking and we are setting the bar high for this kiddo when it comes to his forever home! He was on the streets of skid row in a homeless encampment and a video of him laying on the ground lifeless on a thick chain surrounded by garbage and flies swarming him went viral.  Whatever this angel went through before was not great by any means.

Murphy is so grateful to be rescued and he shows that enthusiasm on a daily basis.

He’s a soul dog in every sense of the word.

Murphy is incredibly affectionate with his humans.

He LOVES to snuggle and to give and receive affection.

He likely wasn’t socialized with other pups much which makes him socially awkward when he first meets a pup.

Once he knows a dog he is super playful! Very chill in the house and just relaxes.

Loves to go on walks and hikes but isn’t a dog that’s bouncing off of the walls if he doesn’t get it! Murphy is fully medically vetted: vaccinated/ neutered/ recent bloodwork/ fecal etc.
