Meet Mya

Mya is an 11 year old domestic long-haired cat who is fixed, litter box trained and still has her claws. She tends to be on the timid side and loves to bask in the sun and sit perched by a window to watch the birds and squirrels outside. Mya likes to get affection by being pet and sitting on your lap. She has never lived with any other pets, but currently is in a household with a young toddler.

Our kittens can be adopted out at a young age as a foster to adopt agreement as long as the pet parent is home a good deal to meet the needs of the baby. In this particular case we will need to meet up for age appropriate vet care as the kitten matures. This process ensures a social relationship between human and kitten along with a great deal of one-on-one care, and additional bonding time with kittens new forever home. Adopter will need to meet back up with us to have the kitten(s) altered between 5/6 months of age.

We ask this of potential adopters as a safety precaution since all of our rescues are in foster homes. After the application is completed we can set up a meet and greet, and if all is well, adopter can take kitty home same visit.
