Meet Nellie

Nellie has lost her home due to illness in family, she needs a foster while we get her vetting updated, ready for a new home. Nellie is about 7 years old, house trained. She barked at the mailman, never officially met him. She barked at people going down the alleys that were strangers. She never barked when someone knocked on the front door. She genuinely is excited to meet anyone that visits. Nellie loves her shoulders rubbed and to be petted but runs opposite direction when brushing her. She needs groomed twice a year otherwise her hair becomes matted and tangled.

Housetrained, lived with a cat. Nellie has been around a 3-year-old, and the previous owner daughter was 8 when they got her, not any problems with children. Nellie is not aggressive towards other dogs, other dogs have growled at her, and she wags her tail, another dog attacked her.

Nellie is a Border Collie/Airedale mix, Shag. She is spayed. Transport is available within the northwest to approved home. If interested in giving Nellie a home email and ask for Nellie.
