Noodle

Due to border patrol restrictions, you'll be required to cross the border and meet in Blaine, WA to receive your pup :) Our adoption application can be found at the bottom of this pet's bio.

Once your application has been approved, we can arrange a virtual meet & greet with you and Noodle! Noodle is currently in a foster home in Houston, TX and is eligible to transport to an adopter as soon as one is lined up.

Meet Noodle! Noodle was abandoned at a gas station in Houston.

We can't imagine how or why anyone would give up this perfect boy, but their loss is your gain! Noodle is estimated to be 1-2 years old.

He is fully vaccinated, microchipped, neutered and ready to find a family to call his own.

Noodle is estimated to be a shepherd / golden retriever mix and currently weighs 58 pounds.

Noodle is extremely dog friendly! He loves going to the dog park and playing with all of his doggie friends.

He plays great with dogs of all sizes.

We would describe Noodle as having a moderate energy level.

He loves to go to the dog park, go for runs/walks, take car rides with the windows down, but also enjoys taking naps and relaxing at home.

He's very well behaved around other dogs and people.

He's the perfect adventure pup! We've taken him to multiple events and he's always on his best behavior.

Noodle is kid friendly! He's been around children ages 13 and up and does great with them! Due to his size and general playfulness, we would recommend children ages 8 and older.

Noodle likes to chase cats, so we would recommend a home without cats.

Noodle walks great on a leash! He only pulls when he urgently has to potty, but for the most part, he will stay calmly just in front of you.

Noodle is fully potty trained! He currently lives in an apartment and will notify his foster family that he has to potty by sitting at the front door patiently waiting to be taken out.

Noodle is also crate trained! He currently goes into the crate while his foster family is away from the home for work or errands.

His foster family leaves him with a chew or a toy and he's content.

Noodle is a happy-go-lucky guy! He's super friendly and does great with sharing food, toys and treats with other pups.

Here's a blurb about Noodle from his foster family: Noodle is very playful and has a goofy personality! He has little to no shedding and his coat feels like silk! He loves cuddles and will fall asleep cuddling you if you allow him in the bed.

He sleeps at our feet in the bed and doesn't make a peep through the night.

He has a sloth toy that he LOVES to play with! He is so obedient and a quick learner, making it very easy to teach him new tricks! He would make for a great adventure or errand buddy.

He enjoys car rides with the windows down and is always on his best behavior out in public.

He LOVES cow hooves / bones filled with peanut butter and of course, the occasional pup-cup! He loves meeting new people and loves attention.

The only "quirk" we've noticed of Noodle (and we're sure he'll grow out of this) but he seems to be teething and will give VERY GENTLE love nibbles.

He's easily redirected to a bone or toy.

He's great about alerting you when someone is at your door, but is friendly towards guests when they come inside.

Noodle would love a home with a yard or an active family who will take him to the dog park so he can run and play with other pups! He really enjoys being with his people and would love a family who will take him on all the adventures they go on! Noodle is a great companion and loves to comfort you when you need it the most.

He loves treats and bones and colorful toys and is a very happy boy.

Everyone needs a Noodle in their life, as he is truly a one of a kind dog.

He deserves the best home and life, as he is the best dog a human could ask for.

He is very sassy and goofy and trots like a horse when he's really happy.
