Meet Nuri
Hi there, I'm Nuri!
You might have seen me peeking out from behind a shy demeanor, but give me just a little time, and you'll find a sweetheart underneath. At 5 years old, I'm a petite Jindo mix with a story to tell.
I found myself in a City shelter back in 2019, facing a tough road ahead like euthanasia. Thankfully, a kind soul saw potential in me and rescued me from that uncertain fate. Since then, I've been learning to trust and love again.
Meeting new faces can be a bit intimidating for me at first, but within three days to a week, I'm all cuddles and affection. I have a knack for charming those around me with my playful antics.
Now, here's the scoop on how I roll with my furry friends: while I'm all about sniffing to say hello, I'm not a fan when it comes to others sniffing me. If another dog tries to pick a fight, I might let out a little growl to say, "Hey, back off!" I prefer a slow approach when meeting new pooches.
When it comes to mealtime, I'm totally fine dining with humans, but I'd rather not have other dogs joining in. Loud noises and sudden movements can startle me, and I might even bolt if I'm out on a walk and things get too noisy.
Speaking of walks, I'm a bit of a connoisseur when it comes to sniffing out interesting scents along the way. I tend to take my time, so don't rush me! After our stroll, I'm more than happy to settle down quietly and relax.
