This tiny, handsome, senior guy is Otis! Otis is 9 years old, 12 lbs, and a terrier/mini poodle mix.

Otis loves to go for walks and he loves road trips.

He is the sweetest boy and just wants to be around people and please them.

He is so eager to give and accept love and affection! His favorite activities include exploring the yard, sunbathing, and cuddling with his favorite human.

Otis is cat and dog friendly.

He currently lives with cats and knows to give them space and not to chase them.

He also does just fine with other dogs of all shapes and sizes, but does need slower intros and sometimes he gets a little jealous of human affection.

He is potty trained and knows how to use the doggy door to go outside and do his business.

He is also crate trained, but prefers to sit in a window and guard the house if he can.

Otis is very treat motivated and knows a few basic commands like sit.

He walks great on leash and rides well in the car too.

Otis would love a home with a yard to explore, but would probably also do fine in an apartment or condo as long as he gets regular walks.

*To fully vet a dog in the PNW at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc.

The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations.

Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs.

Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone! Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference.

Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no choice but to euthanize animals for space.

We prepare them for adoption by properly vetting and providing individualized care through our incredible behavior program that consists of socialization and leash training for all animals that enter our adoption program, prior to matching them with loving families who will treasure them for the rest of their lives.

They are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts once adopted, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! Three Little Pitties Rescue just celebrated our 5 year anniversary! Over the course of this time, we have been very fortunate for so much growth, allowing us to further connect with the community and save many lives.
