PAW Pals of Hale Center
PAW Pals of Hale Center is located in Hale Center, Texas. Â We are a no-kill rescue founded in February 2016. Our goal is to assist in reducing the number of unwanted dogs and cats in Hale Center by promoting spay/neuter. Not only do we rehome the unwanted dogs in Hale Center, but we assist as we can in pulling homeless dogs from area high-euthanasia pounds.
To adopt a dog from PAW Pals of Hale Center, simply contact us or fill out our adoption application. Â Please always include a phone number for contacting...sometimes emails don't go through correctly and we have no other way of responding to you!
Our local adoption fee is $225, which includes current vaccinations, microchip, deworming, a heartworm test, spay/neuter ($75 voucher for puppies under 6 months), and the dog will be current on flea/tick prevention. Â We have an application that the potential adopter will fill out, then will meet with our shelter manager to be sure the dog is a good fit.
If the dog is adopted through Project Freedom Ride and will go on transport to the Pacific Northwest or to the Northeast, adoption fees are different (and listed as such on their listings) due to cost of transport.
Find us on Facebook under PAW Pals of Hale Center! Â We don't have regular hours, as all of our volunteers have full time jobs. Â However, we can schedule meet and greets anytime! Â We generally like to bring the dogs to a neutral location if they are meeting another dog for the first time. Â To schedule a meet and greet, email us.
