Meet Peter the Pug! He’s an 11-month old, 18lb puddle of pug mix.

His energy level is as pronounced as his underbite! In true pug fashion, Peter is very active and has a high energy level.

He’s also a vocal guy! It’s important to be familiar with the pug breed so you’re on board with Peter’s need for continued training, obedience, and structure.

We all want a pup as cute as Peter, but he needs the right home environment to thrive.

He’s food motivated which equates to a dog PRIME for training! Peter simply needs someone that will show him grace to get acclimated in a new space, and the patience to continue his training.

Peter is a happy go lucky goofy pug who loves people and other dogs.

He absolutely loves to get affection & cuddling! Peter loves to go out for walks and to explore outside.

He walks well on the leash, is not a puller or pusher.

He would do well with a home that has a backyard and another dog to play with & match his high energy level.

He is also crate trained.

Before being rescued, Peter was on the Euthanasia list at a SoCal shelter just for simply existing.
