On his own he is quite observant and timid, but in the presence of another dog, he adapts better to his environment.

A canine companion is highly recommended.

Phantom enjoys playing with stuffed toys and is learning how to play fetch, which primarily consists of running after the ball but not retrieving it (baby steps).

Phantom is not much of a lap dog but he loves following his humans and dog friends around.

He will sit and follow in close proximity but tends to back away if you try to engage with him.

Surprisingly, Phantom can be picked up when using his favorite blanket.

He will do a twirling leap so that he's in the perfect position to be picked up (it's as cute as whatever image you just pictured).

He is also starting to enjoy pets and will allow pets as long as he has a couch, dog bed, kennel, his favorite blanket, or other safety structure around him.

Phantom is consistently making progress.

With time, patience, and another companion, Phantom will be able to live his best dog life.
