Well y'all, like every other rescue organization we are over capacity, stretched thin and beyond overwhelmed; yet the daily pleas to help save dogs has only increased.

This past Tuesday, one of those pleas came from our friend at the Harbor Animal Shelter about this boy in need of major medical attention.

You can tell why he immediately melted and broke our hearts at the same time.

After working to put a solid plan in place, we raced to the shelter to bust him outta there! He went immediately to the hospital for complete and comprehensive medical vetting.

He has been treated for eye infections, skin infection, a complete blood work panel, was neutered and had a dental.

He will be seeing a board certified surgery specialist on November 9th for the mass on his left ear that is very large, penetrating through the entire canal.

A culture of the mass was taken and because the damage has gone on too long, without treatment, our primary care vet has suggested a TECA , a total ear canal ablation, for his left ear.

He is now in a loving foster home getting all that he needs and deserves.

He is truly a special soul and we look forward to seeing him in the forever home that he beyond deserves.
