Meet Potter

I'm Potter. Born in late March and not welcomed when the Humans saw Mom with yet another litter. They collected us, dropped us off as bottle babies at the local vet and carted Mom off to get "fixed." Whatever that means. I guess she's okay. Glad the rescue was there for us. I was caught first and sent to one of their foster home with great medical care. Good thing, since that saved my eyesight. Today you can hardly tell how bad it was. My surviving sister is doing fine in another home. I was tiny, half starved, and spent 6 weeks in a cozy guinea pig cage, safe, warm, snuggled and healing. Later, I graduated to a larger kennel, and later still, after more routine medical care, I met the other kitten housemates. Boy, that was Culture Shock! I'd been "the only" all my life! I finally got it figured out, thanks to the humans, kittens, and older cats who were supportive. I did great.

Today I'm healthy, handsome, a master at House Living, ready to choose my forever INSIDE ONLY home. I really like Adult Humans. I've got NO Dog or Children experience, so if you have some, Dogs should be polite, and Children should be older and Cat Experienced. I'll be shy and need patient time to learn the ropes.
