Meet Precious

Precious is the BEST senior girl anyone could ask for. The name Precious really fits her because that is exactly what she is!

She had double back leg surgery when she came into our rescue and she has made an amazing recovery, but because of it, she is a low energy girl. She enjoys short walks, nothing too strenuous. She is not a marathon walker or an active hiker, maybe back in her youthful days, but not anymore.

She is laid back is a great companion. She is a great buddy to lay on the couch and watch TV with, or if you work from home, she would enjoy just laying near you and watching you work!

She is house trained, crate trained, friendly with other dogs, cats, and kids of all ages! She is currently being fostered in a home with young grandchildren and she allows them to brush her and pet her. As long as kids are gentle and respectful, Precious allows them to love on her and she loves them back!

Precious would do very well in a home with or without other dogs, she doesn't have a preference.

She is being fostered in Houston, TX but transport out of state is available for the perfect home for her!
