Red Dog has been at the rescue for over 2 1/2 years now without interest. He has a story below, but this boy is so deserving of love. When volunteers are are at the rescue, he readily greets them for attention, he always wants to play, and while he can be shy at first, he is a total sweetheart that doesn't deserve to live his life at the rescue. He's a total weirdo, but the best type of weirdo. Read his original story below and maybe take a chance on this unwanted boy.

My name is Red Dog. I was pulled from Long County Animal Control on the euthanasia list. Due to being absolutely scared to death. I am an absolutely stunning terrier mix. I will need a very patient person to welcome me into their home. He may not be the dog to run and jump in your lap the first time I meet you, but once I get to know you I am the most annoying and playful guy ever.
