ROLLO

ROLLO is a POCKET PITTIE, a Miniature American Bulldog mixed with "je ne sais quoi".

Rollo is reminiscent of the Wizard of Oz' Lollipop Gang, he's a tough dude who is really a sweetheart and just wants to be loved with plenty of head scratches.

Rollo was rescued and his ears had been cropped so he needs ear cleaning periodically since he has no ear flaps for protecting the inner ear.

Rollo enjoys his freedom and though he may accept to be crated for a short period, relaxing a bit after an adventurous walk about, he prefers to roam inside the house.

He's about " tall and solid muscle.

Pocket Pitties or Miniature Bulldog's are a brachycephalic breed where care must be given for this condition, according to the AKA "They need help with regulating their temperatures during hot and humid easily overheat.

They definitely need access to cool water, fans, and/or air conditioning in hot climates.

In addition, some brachycephalic breeds are predisposed to certain skin, eye, or oral health conditions related to the shape of their skull, and the folds or rolls of skin" so care is given to groom these folds daily using wipes.

Rollo does well with his female friend Roxy shown in the photo, but when properly introduced he should be good with other female dogs.

Rollo can be progressively socialized with other dogs his size, taught to leashwalk in dog friendly stores or learn other commands.

He has a tender heart and is looking for a Foster2Adopt or a Forever Home Adoption to an experienced bulldog family.
