Meet Roman
Roman is a very outgoing and sweet guy who found himself on the euthanasia list in a small, rural shelter. We immediately wanted to help him, so here he is...looking for his forever home!
Roman seems to be about 2 years old. He is about 60 pounds. He does well on-leash and really loves attention from people. He is great with other dogs, too! This boy just needs a family who can show him what a family dog looks like. He's not currently in a foster home, so we are unsure of his level of housetraining.
Roman would be a great companion for someone who likes to walk, hike, run, or otherwise be active. He is very playful and loves other dogs to play with!
Roman is such an incredible guy and has had no adoption interest. He SO deserves a wonderful home!
Roman's adoption fee is $500 which includes his neuter, current vaccinations (rabies, bordatella, 2 parvo/distemper boosters), negative fecal, negative heartworm test, health certificate, registered microchip, and transport costs.
He is available through Paw Pals of Hale Center, a partner rescue of Project Freedom Ride. We are located in the Texas Panhandle. He is located with our rescue here in Texas. He would be transported on one of the PFR transports to either Meridian ID, SLC, UT, Seattle, WA, Mt Vernon, WA, Kennewick, WA, Portland, OR, Buffalo/Syracuse/Newburgh/Castleton on Hudson, NY, Philadelphia, PA, Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Columbus, OH, Springfield, IL, Chicago, IL, Des Moines, IA, Indianapolis, IN, Baltimore, MD, Lansing, MI, Grand Rapids, MI, Kansas City, MO, Minneapolis, MN, Stevens Point, WI, Madison, WI, Springfield/Richmond, VA, or Bedminster, NJ.
As a Paw Pals of Hale Center direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet would take place on video call (FB Messenger Call, Facetime, Whats App, or Google Duo). The adoption application and fee would be finalized prior to transport.
