Meet Ronak
Ronak’s owner moved and could no longer keep him so surrendered him to us so we could find him a loving home. He is a 1 year old male Husky and is bright and beautiful as his name implies. He has some typical Husky traits such singing for attention, is house and crate trained and walks relatively well with some pulling when excited on leash.
He is young and energetic and still learning his basic commands. He will need an active family willing to give him daily exercise and build a bond through positive reinforcement training. We don’t know much about his past so are not recommending him for a home with young children. We think he could go to a home with another dog, but no cats or other small animals.
He is microchipped, neutered and has his core vaccinations. He is about 1.5 years old and weighs approximately 25kg.
His ideal forever home would be:
- an active family willing to give him plenty of mental and physical activity and a daily routine
- family experienced with positive reinforcement behavioural training to help him transition into his new environment
- no young children or cats, at least to start
- home with no shared walls because he can be vocal and a fully fenced private yard where he can get out to run and play.
