A volunteer writes: During a mobile adopt event, this pint-sized creamy tan-colored pup named Rooster was 42 pounds of pure snuggle bug. He is one year old and proves he still has real puppy dog energy by his eagerness to jump on two legs to meet people. After that, expect to have continuous hugs, snugs, and kisses. He would pull on his leash to help get to his speed: lots to sniff and explore! He loves treats and will accept them in exchange for love, patience, and positive reinforcement training.
