She's lively and affectionate as any average young pup; nevertheless, she's aimed to please and willing to follow commands.

Because black dogs are usually shunned by local families, overseas adoption seems to be the only opportunity for Roura.

With beautiful shiny black coat, Roura also has an exotic patch of white color fur on her chest and head.

She’d be a little shy when first approached by strangers, but becomes very responsive when lured with food, so is easy to train.

Roura loves to play with other dogs, she will do best for family without young toddler, and/or who’s looking for a sibling to the existing family dog.

At only couple months old, Roura was deserted at a suburban factory and was captured by the alien workers there.

She was kept in a cage all the time, food and water were both scarce and filthy.

Many times, the volunteer tried to persuade the workers to improve Roura’s living condition, yet was of no avail.

Then she heard gossips that the workers intended to raise Roura for a meal.

One night the volunteer sneaked in and rescued Roura as her final resort.

Roura was taken to the vet for neuter surgery and a complete physical.

The meaning of adoption is not gaining a free and 100% perfect dog.

Instead, the meaning is a poor and helpless stray animal gets a new life and sweet home because of you.
