My name is Roxy, and I'm a sweet and affectionate girl in search of a loving home who will cherish me as a member of their family, and who will provide me with plenty of opportunities for exercise and mental stimulation, a cozy spot to curl up for nap time, and patience and understanding as I adjust to my new surroundings.

I'm a loving and loyal companion.

I'm energetic and enjoy going for walks, playing fetch, and exploring the great outdoors.

I also love a good tug game and disemboweling squeaky toys inside on a rainy day.

I'm a smart girl who is eager to learn and would benefit from continued training and positive reinforcement.

Due to my rough-and-tumble ways, I'm best suited for a home with older children (12+ years) who understand how to interact with dogs responsibly.

I'd love to have playmates who can keep up with my active spirit! While I adore people, I prefer to be the only furry friend in the household.

I thrive on one-on-one attention and would love to be the center of your universe! I came to the shelter with a serious skin condition - I chewed my poor little back raw from being so itchy.

The vet thinks it was flea dermatitis - an allergic reaction to previous flea bites.

I may also have some food sensitivities.

With proper treatment and a good nutritious diet, my skin has improved so much! It's important that my new family can provide me with the same to keep me happy and healthy.

I have been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and received lots of TLC! If you think I could be the perfect match for your family, please be sure to submit an application right away! My adoption fee is $350 + tax.
