Meet Rupert

Meet our friend Rupert! He is currently receiving his basic training at the Washington State Penitentiary. Rupert was found as a stray, and although we don't know much about his history, we've learned that he is a very sweet and lovable good boy! He is so eager to learn from you, having some yummy treats as a reward is just the cherry on top.
