Available for adoption or foster to adopt! Meet Ryder! Positives: Ryder is a sweet boy who love’s affection from his humans with pats and kisses.

We have found that he bonds fast with his humans and can grow very attached.

He loves anything that makes him happy like his toys, snacks and his bed.

He’s got a good personality and is spunky and energetic.

He eager to please and would make a fantastic companion and adventure dog for someone.

He really enjoys his time outside and would do well with a family who would take him on walks, hikes, and other outdoor/exercise related activities.

Things he needs support on: Since he is coming from a shelter environment, we think that he will need some time to decompress and feel loved/supported with a safe home environment.

He may need a refresher on basic manners and potentially crate training.

As he does become very attached to his humans, he has a shown some resource guarding toward other dogs with food and toys.

We think he would do best in a home as an only dog and with an owner who knows how to work on or manage this.

He has done fine with wearing a muzzle as well.

Age: 2 Years Old Size: 60lbs Gender: Male Vaccinations and spay/neuter: Vaccinations are UTD and he is neutered.

Potty trained: Yes Crate trained: Yes Kid friendly: Yes but he would do better with older, dog savvy children.

Dog friendly: Yes he does get along with other dogs but can be selective at times.

We think he would do best in the home as an only dog.

Cat friendly: He will need to be tested further but did fine when meeting the fosters cat on occasion.

Energy level: Medium Drive: We’re still assessing this further, he has done okay with cats and smaller animals.

We have fully determined if he has a prey drive at this time.
