Introducing Sadie! Sadie's history is a bit of a mystery to us. This beautiful German shepherd was brought to the city shelter after she was found on the streets, where they suspected she may have been hit by a car. We had her rushed to our emergency vet where it was determined that she had suffered no significant injuries and was thankfully discharged with a relatively clean bill of health.
Sadie is a big girl who certainly has a lot to say and isn't afraid to say it! She is a bit reserved when first meeting new people but is quick to warm up (especially when treats are involved!) Sadie's a big fan of walks and always gets excited when you reach for her leash - she knows it's time to go! We're still getting to know her, but she's a sweet girl who would love to find her special person to bond with. Sadie doesn't seem to know how to do stairs (or is a little nervous about them) so might be best in an elevator or ground floor home. Contact Animal Haven for more information on Sadie!
