Adoption Policy
1. Must be at least 21 years old
2. Live in private housing (no dorms or public housing)
3. Have a character reference
4. Have a job reference (previous employer may be acceptable)
5. Have a picture ID
6. Complete an application
7. Zoom meet the pet you are interested with
8. Agree to an in person meeting
