Scooby is a young boy 1.5 - 2 years old.
He was a stray for several weeks before he was trapped and brought into the rescue.
During his stray hold he fell in love with his foster and has been learning about feeling safe and being cared for.
He was not chipped and unfortunately no owners came forward.
Scooby holds true to the heeler trait and loves one person at a time;) He is fabulous with his foster mom and adores her and when she is around, he does not have any great need for anyone else but once away from her he finds the next best thing.?
He is very affectionate and loving with his foster mom and we know that he will be with a new owner also.
Everything is new to him but once he experiences it once he handles the situation like a champ.
First visit to the vets, he did not go in willingly, third visit he walked in like a pro.
He is good with the smaller dogs in his foster home but has not been as good with the larger dog.
He loves to play and is very well mannered inside.
Scooby will be best with an experienced owner and most likely a single individual.
Although he is continuing to learn and becoming more confident, so we have hope that we can expand on what type of home he would be best in.
Scooby is UTD on vaccines, neutered and microchipped.
