Shadow

Hi, I am Shadow,
They say that black dogs have a harder time getting adopted.

I am not sure why because I think black is beautiful.

I am an adult around 4 years old.

I have lost all that puppy naughtiness, but I still love to play and cuddle and generally be a good girl.

I will need some patience because I have a lot to learn when it comes to even the basics, but I am a quick study.

Oh, and treats usually help with the learning.

I am an active dog who would love to go for a good run every day.

If you are a hiker, I think I would love that too.

I am good with leash walking; I try not to pull and stay close to you.

I like to play with other dogs once I am properly introduced.

I haven't been around children much and cats are made to be chased.

Only my opinion! Right now, I spend most of my time outside because my foster mom works, but when I am inside, I know not to do any business in the house that is only for outside.

I haven't had many toys, I am content with a stick or a plastic bottle.

Maybe you could teach me to chase a ball and bring it back to you.
