Meet Sophia

Sophia is a recent arrival from the Kingdom of Bahrain. Found dumped by the side of highway, she was rescued when she was a month or two old. She was with an amazing foster family and learned to love the tennis ball! She won’t tire of the game of fetch, ever. Very sweet and affectionate, she is now adapting to life in Canada. She is very well loved by her foster family and was recently spayed. Sophia has regular play dates with a friends male dog and they are amazing together as you can see in the video.
Sophia is currently at a board and train so she can be more comfortable in public, learn manners and not be frightened of every new thing she encounters, which has resulted in some guarding. She is at the two week mark and doing exceptionally well.
Sophia is very affectionate and bonds quickly with whoever pays her the most attention. She will make the one active family very happy is they commit to ongoing training which will be provided by our training partner.
